Cleveland Asphalt Products was founded in 1988, and originally resided in Cleveland, Texas where it’s name orginates from. In 1994, Murray Moore became the sole owner of Cleveland Asphalt Products and moved the entire plant to Shepherd, Texas where it remains today. Murray believed in supporting local community organizations and events, from Shepherd Highschool’s Senior Trip transportation, FFA, youth athletic leagues, and even Boys Scouts of America. Customer service was always a big part of how Murray conducted business and remains a quality of Cleveland Asphalt Products today. As our mission statement has and will forever be, “Providing Quality Emulsions & Cutback Asphalt to Texas Counties & Contractors”.
