Utilize a portable screen and crusher unit as well as a computerized pug mill to recycle RAP or pug mill sand and gravel mix. This equipment can be moved in next to your RAP or road material stockpile for efficient handling and processing. For RAP recycling, the material is screened and crushed to size for a better workability. It is then blended in the pug mill with our asphalt emulsion recycle agent to produce a good quality maintenance mix with a stockpile life up to six months. This mix can be used for most road maintenance applications.​
